The main aim of this paper is to deal with the stability of nonlinear functional dif-ferential equations and the exponential p-stability of impulsive stochastic differentialequations with delays.In Chapter 2, we study the asymptotic behaviors of a kind of nonlinear dynamicalsystem with delays. By using both nonlinear measure and techniques of inequalities,we obtain a sufficient condition for the global uniformly asymptotic stability of thiskind of system.In Chapter 3, The sufficient condition for the global exponential stability of a kindof differential system with distributed delays is considered. The studying methods alsoare the same.In Chapter 4, by establishing the L-operator inequality and using the propertiesof M-cone and M-matrix, we obtain some new conditions ensuring the exponentialp-stability of impulsive stochastic differential equations with delays.
