Ultraviolet divergence is always a both trouble and important problem in Quantum Field Theory. It comes down to not only meaningful calculation of factual physical courses but also some basic problems such as the logistic self-consistence and maturity of Field Theory and so on. Furthermore, it also relates to whether our some customary concepts of fields are seriously questionable. Thereby, since QFT came into being, how regard the essence of divergences of Field Theory and how to deal with infinities have been two important problems that are always paid a great attention by the physicists who specially concern the theoretic basis of Field Theory.This paper takes a renew look at the essence of ultraviolet divergences of QFT. By analyzing Feynman Diagrams it can been seen that ultraviolet divergences and vacuum fields are related close. We think that usual concept of vacuum fields is seriously questionable. Furthermore, according to the analysis of the essentiality of vacuum quanta fluctuation, we proposes a renew cognition of vacuum fields as followed:① Vacuum quanta fluctuation makes the existence of vacuum quanta and vacuum fields different with that of non-vacuum quanta and non-vacuum fields,and their existence is no longer absolutely real——vacuum quanta onlyun-really exist for a while in momentary interlocutory course;② By reason of the unreality of vacuum quanta, vacuum quanta contribution to the wave amplitude of vacuum fields is different no longer with non-vacuum quanta contribution to the wave amplitude of non-vacuum fields. And vacuum quanta contribute to the wave amplitude of vacuum fields only in a certain ofdegree——that is, vacuum quanta contribution to the wave amplitude ofvacuum fields is also a certain of reality;According to the above two points, we modify usual mathematical forms of vacuum fields. Introduce a contribution degree factor representing the degree of vacuum quanta contribution to the wave amplitude of vacuum fields and put it before the integrated function in usual form of the vacuum field. And then, this modified form has become new form of the vacuum field according to which a sere of physical quantities about vacuum fields (L- Function, Hamilton function, vacuum fluctuation and S-matrix and so on ) are all finite ones. Our calculations accord very well with the results of renormalization approaches and experiments.For vacuum photon field quanta and vacuum electron field quanta, we suppose the forms of their contribution degree factors and deduce according fields' propagators by which we may investigate the interaction systems of e~-(e~+)-γ (for instance electronic diffusion in electric and magnetic field, Compton scatter , e~- -e~+ annihilatation , e~--e~- diffusion and so on).
