The carbon monoxide is the index sign air for predicting spontaneous combustion in coal seams. But in recent years, it has been as a common phenomenon in medium-low rank coal seams that the content of carbon monoxide goes beyond the standard of Laws, a great deal of prevention measure has been adopt, however, the coal seams has never taken place the spontaneous combustion, then it result in a great deal of otiose economy losing for business enterprise, and hinder the normal safety production.For finding out the absorption regulation and effect factors, 24 typical coal samples are collected in Donghuantuo, Jinggezhuang, Cuijiazhai, Linlancang coalliery for examining the proximate analysis, the elementary analysis, the maceral analysis, the Pore and fracture-structure and the absorption performance subject to varying temperature and pressureThough analysis the experment data, the conclutions are as the following: It's found that Langmuir equation can be commonly used to study CO absorption by coal seams at low temperature. But at high temperature, the relationship between the carbon monoxide absorption by coal seams and the pressure is line increment relation. The relationship between the carbon monoxide absorb at 30℃and the vaporize content is line increment relation in the low-pressure stage. And with going up along with the pressure, their relationship is a curve relation.The relationship between the carbon monoxide absorb at 30℃and the carbon to hydrogen is line increment in the low-pressure stage. And with going up along with the pressure, their relationship is a curve relation. Among them, the oxygen element content has very greatly effect on carbon monoxide absorption.Though studying the relationship between the carbon monoxide absorb at 30℃and the maceral analysis data, the content of vitrinite and inertinite have greatly effect on carbon monoxide absorption. Further, the relationship between the carbon monoxide absorption and the vitrinite content is convex type relation, and the inertinite content is line increment. Moreover, the effect of inertinite is more than vitrinite's in low rank coal seams.Though studying the relationship between the carbon monoxide absorb at 30℃and the hole structure of the coal samples ,big bore coal, medium the bore and the transition bore have great effect on adsorbs of carbon monoxide in the low rank coal seams.Making use of the procedure of Mathematic, Qm software etc. to deal with the experiment data, the carbon monoxide absorption model and effect factors are made by researching the relation between the absorb to various pressure and major indexes,It can provide basis for studying the mechanism of carbon monoxide absorption by coal. At same time, it can decrease unnecessary prevention measure and increase the economic performance, all that for working safely in mining.
