The two enzymes system α-amylase and glucoamylase were coimmobilized on celite and calcium alginate the lower in price and common use in the industry with the method of adsorption and embedding. The two methods were more adapted to the industrialization because of the simpleness, easy operation and low cost. In this article, the immobilized conditions and the proportion of two enzymes have an effect on the reaction rate. The results of the optimum conditions for celite immobilization of the two enzymes system are that the proportion of supports(g): glucoamylase(U):α-amylase(U) is 1:100:160, the temperature is in the range of 5℃ and 15℃, pH is in the range of 4.5 and 5.5. The results of the optimum conditions for calcium alginate immobilization of the two enzymes system are that the concentration of sodium alginate is in the range of 3% and 4%, the concentration of CaCl2 is 2%, the concentration of enzyme is 20U/ml to glucoamylase and 24U/ml to a-amylase, the proportion of glucoamylase(U):a-amylase(U) is 1:1.2, the...
