Camellia oleifera belongs to the family camellia category, which is perennial and evergreen arbor. It is one of special oil plants in China and distributed broadly in about 1100 counties and cities, covers 17 provinces, cities, and municipalities, such as Hunan province, Jiangxi province and Guangxi provinces.Flavone comes from the ramification of the chromoalkyl or chromoketone. It is one important second -metabolize production matter existed in plentifully angiosperm and with a lot of important functions in the plant such as working in the formation of the flower, protection for UV and resisting mechanism in pathogeny. Recently researches indicate that flavone also has close relationship with the medical mechanism of human health in the areas of removing oxidation free root, counteracting hypersusceptibility and cancer, protecting blood vessel system of the heart and the brain and so on. Chalcone synthase is the right key enzyme in the composing of all of the flavone compound. It participate in the first process of the flavone composing and catalyses 3 malonyl-CoA and 1 1, 3 — hydroxy 4-coumaroyl-CoA which becomes to naringenin-chalcone, and gives base structure to form naringenin-chalcone and other flavones through chalcone isomerase's isomerous action.This paper based on the cDNA library of the near mature Camellia oleifera seed. Through the EST data analyzing, Selecting 5 piece sequences which were deduced chalcone synthase or chalcone isomerase in the primarily study, the numbers of the colon are 1080,1279,4211,1216 and 1249. firstly, Doing experiment of the plasmid DNA distilling by the method of SDS, then PCR amplifying and sequencing identification. All the 5 colons were amplified particularly, the fragment length of the colons 1216 and the colon 1249 are about 1000bp. From preliminarily deducing, they belonged to the sequences of the chalcone isomerase gene sequence; the length of the fragment of the colon 1080,1279 and 4211 lengths are 860bp, 1030bp and 1500bp in turn. From preliminarily deducing, they belonged to the cholcone synthase gene sequence or chalcone synthase gene fragments.Selecting colon 4211 and colon 1216 for sequencing, the results showed that the complete cDNA of the colon 4211 is 1523bp.Through blasting and analyzing in the...
