Nevanlinna Theory (refer to [1],[2],[3],[4])as one of the most perfect achievements in last century not only takes an important position in mathematics, but also inherits the great value in applications from function analysis. Nevanlinna Theory paves the path of research on value distribution of meromorphic functions, constructs characteristic function and overcomes the restriction of meaningless of maximum module function on meromorphic functions. Due to the broad correlation with other fields and mutual influence, both Nevanlinna Theory and others take big strides. The value distribution of module of function directly based on Nevanlinna Theory provides a new approach in research on differential equation. It gives a decent example for the angular value distribution theory and value distribution theory on p-adic field, n-dimensional complex Euclidian space, and even on general manifold.Uniqueness of meromorphic function is derived from the five-value and four-value theorems in Nevanlinna Theory. For one thing, it is one of the most important extensions of Nevanlinna Theory. For the other thing, the intrinsic value of its kernel question intrigues interest of scholars and mathematicians from home and abroad. The brilliant works of Professor Hongxun Yi, one of the founders of the uniqueness theory of meromorphic function, has been largely broading Chinese research horizon and winning reputation in this area. Recently in effort of these mathematicians and scholars, most classical problems about five-value, four-value, three-value and uniqueness questions with less number sharing values have been...
