Biologists and physicists have been paying more and more attention to the effect of two physical factors: low energy ion beam and ultrasound on living organism, since the middle of last century. This paper consists of two parts: the study on the penetrating depth of low energy ion beam implanted in plant seeds and microbes and the difference of entropy production between cancer and normal cells under the effect of ultrasound. The former is based on the fact that the experiment about the effect of low energy ion beam on living organism has gained results, yet the related theory is not perfect. It includes four sections. In the first section, a theoretical biologic model is proposed. In the second section, we compute the penetrating depth of low energy ion beam implanted in plant seeds. The calculation results are consistent with experimental data. Because of vacuum environment and thermic and mechanical effect during ion implantation, dynamic changes of seed structure influenced by water evaporation can make average penetrating depth much larger. In the third section, we...
