Many active processes in biological systems such as muscular contraction, cell motility and some cellular transport processes are mediated by biological molecules. Molecular motors are the essential agents of movement at the molecular level. Studying the molecular motors is the hotspots in biophysics. From 1957 A F Huxley's work about muscular contraction till now, many studying works on molecular motors were done in the front line and a lot of achievements can be got. Myosin in the skeleton muscle is studied more widely than other molecular motors; the structure, circular working mechanism and the dynamics of single molecule had been studied for a long time. Meantime many tests for the muscular contraction property under different biochemistry conditions were done. Myosins fulfill the contractive function cooperatively, this paper is proposed to study the characteristics of cooperative myosin molecules. The text is divided into 4 chapters. In chapter one, the special structure of the muscle and muscular sliding theory are introduced. In chapter two, the structures of myosin and actin, the mechanochemical actin-actived myosin ATPase cycle are introduced. In chapter three, the experiment results of muscular contraction and some former theoretical models are introduced. Chapter four is the main part of the paper. In chapter four, we introduce the cooperative myosin molecule characteristic from two aspects. (1) Based on the Houdusse and Sweeney model we got a simplified four...
