At this paper, the perovskite-type oxide La0.6Sr0.4FeO3-δ wasobtained by solid state-reaction method, and the synthesis process of thissample and the crystal structures of La1-xSrxFeO3-δ were researched byTG-DTA thermo-analyzer and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results findthat when La0.6Sr0.4FeO3-δ was obtained by solid state-reaction methodduring sintering, prepared and grinded powder began to appear crystalphase La0.3Sr0.7FeO3-δ by twice absorbing heat reaction at 840°C,La0.6Sr0.4FeO3-δ became major crystal phase by larger absorbing heatreaction at 1000°C, and the sample became almost single perovskite-typestructure La0.6Sr0.4FeO3-δ by sintering 2h at 1250°C. At the same time,the crystal structures and the grain sizes for perovskite-type compoundoxides La1-xSrxFeO3-δ ( x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) are given.The electrical transport behavior for the perovskite-type oxides Nd1-xSrxFeO3-δ were researched at this paper by the analysis for the phase structures and the thermo-gravity (TG) and measuring the DC conductivity at different temperatures.
