To analyse the number and the relative length of chromosomes of the blastocyst, expanding blastocyst stage of developing in vivo and 1-cell mouse embryos were cultured to blastocyst, expanding blastocyst stage in vitro. The number of chromosomes of those was not significantly different. When the relative length of chromosomes of the blastocyst, expanding blastocyst .stage of developing in vivo was significantly different than that in vitro, the relative length of chromosomes of the blastocyst, expanding blastocyst of developing in vivo was shorter than that in vitro. 1-cell mouse embryos were cultured to blastocyst, expanding blastocyst stage in vitro by adding exogenous oxidant—H2O2 to CZB medium in different developing periods, therefore, the number and the relative length of chromosomes can be observed. The number of chromosome of 0 72h treatment group was significantly different than that of control group (P < 0.05) . At the same time, there were no significant differences between control group and all treatment groups. It was showed that the relative length of chromosomes by adding exogenous oxidant—H2O2 to CZB medium in different developing periods is shorter than that of control group. It was suggested that the number of chromosome in the embryos, which survived after using H2O2 treatment, did not exist differently compared with those of embryos cultured in vitro. The relative length of embryos, which survived through 2-cell development block after using H2O2 treatment, can change.
