The interaction of electromagnetic signals is a greatly complex phenomenon, which makes it very difficult to exactly compute the interference among the sections of complicated system. To satisfy the research need of analyzing electromagnetic interference inside and outside of the system, electromagnetic topology theory came into being. In 1974, American scientist C. E. Baum put forward that appling the topology concept for the analysis of electromagnetic interference inside and outside of the complicated system for the first time, which exploited a new research direction. Although the application of the topology concept in network analysis has been last a period of time, for the application in electromagnetic problems, there are a lot of works need to do. The main content and innovative results are as follows:First, the paper conforms the topological structure of the system and its interaction serial graph, illustrates the concept of electromagnetic topology graph theory. Moreover, by using the idea of graph theory, this paper constructs the electronic equipment structure graph and its"dual graph", and electromagnetic topological model used to analyze the interaction of the different electrical components is presented. Combining it with classical algorithm, the electromagnetic coupling path needing to be improved (viz. weak paths) are founded, and by using linear programming theory, this paper gives the optimum restroration of the weak paths.Second, the paper describes the perfect labeling method. On the premise that following the perfect labeling principles, the paper improves the pZ 2 method, put forwards the operation of inserting or deleting nodes. The research plays an important part in the adding or moving shielding layer in the process of analizing electromagnetic coupling, and it makes there is a systemic method for electromagnetic field labeling.Third, the paper calculates the BLT equation that is put forward by C. E. Baum, T. K. Liu and F. M. Tesche, which makes the theory system more perfect.
