c-myc gene is a regulatable gene which can be regulated by many ways. It canmake the cell develop limitlessly. It is concerned with the cell apoptosis and it isconnected with the happening of tumor. SV40 belongs to polyoma virus. The characterof its tumorigenesis is mostly related to T antigen-early protein.pTet-on,pTRE2-c-myc transgenic mice has been established in our lab. Firstly,the character of this model was studied from growth ,propagating, the routine blood test,blood biochemical indexes and slices.pTet-on,pTRE2-SV4OTag transgenic mice model which can occurmedulloblastoma at brain has also been established in our lab. On the basis of the twokinds oftransgenic mice, pTet-on,pTRE2-SV40Tag,pTRE2-c-myc transgenic mice wasestablished. For deeper study of the relationship of the gene and the tumor,RT-PCR wasused to detect the expressing parts and time of the gene.The result showed that pTet-on,pTRE2-c-myc transgenic mice was effected ingrowth.The result showed that pTet-on,pTRE2-SV4OTag,pTRE2-c-myc transgenic micegot the brain tumor and pancreas tumor after it was induced,which was proved by slices.And the tumors happened more frequently and rapidly.The RT-PCR result showed that and SV4OTag were expressed in the brain and thepancreas and the expression was connected with the time.The results implied that when c-myc and SV40Tag expressed at the same time, thetumor occurred acceleratedly. It suggested that c-myc gene was regulated with thehappening of the tumor.The study offered a steady tumor model, meanwhile it gave the dependable gistsfor the discussion of the relationship between c-myc gene and the cacer.
