Six strains of fungi were separated and purified from mould of mildwed leather, Which identified with observation of individual and integral morphology, The results show: M1 was A.candidus, M2 was Paecilomyces varioti, M3 was Pnicillium citreo-viride Biourhe, M4 was Aspergillus.flavus, M5 was Penicillium chrysogenum Thom, M6 was Aspergillus .niger. Six strains of antifungal bacteria were selected from soil samples which collected from various areas of Tibet Plateau . The results show: B.lichenijormis and B.subtilis have the good artifungal effect to M1A.candidus ,M2Paecilomyces varioti and M6Aspergillus .niger. At last, by rescreening with test antifungus activity , a high yield strain of B.subtilis ZT-229 was selected.By observation of the culture characters,measurement of the biochemistrical...
