As unnecessary elements of plants, heavy metals (Hg, Cd, Pb, Cr) have serious toxicity to the growth and maturity of plants. When the toxicity in heavy metals make the protective enzyme system lose defense capability, the nomadic ions of heavy metals in the cells will molest and destroy the cells' normal homergy in various ways, which directly results in abnormal growth of plants until their death. The huge amassment of heavy metals in roots, stems, leaves and seeds, not only seriously affects the growth and maturity of plants, but also could enter the food chains and be dangerous to the health of human-being. From 1980s, the international society have strong response to the heavy metals and As excess content in the prepared Chinese medicine exported abroad, and make it a heated discussion in the global prepared Chinese medicine market that seriously damages the good faith of prepared Chinese medicine and make great loss to economy because of less foreign currency. It's meaningful for the production of green food and prepared Chinese medicine, cure of environmental pollution, protection of ecological environment and the development of national economy to research the impact of heavy metals to the growth of plants. Regarded Cd2+, Hg2+, Cr6+ as influential factors, this paper do research on the above three factors' independent impact and interaction under different strengths upon partial physiologic index of the tissue cultured dioscorea zingiberensis and provide certain experimental data for heavy metals' impact to...
