The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a multi-criteria decision-making method that combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. It makes the decision process simple to implement by quantifying the quality problems and simplifying the complex problems by means of hierarchical decomposition. In addition, it can take advantage of people's subjective experience in the process of making decisions so that decision-making becomes more democratic and scientific. Therefore, it finds wide applications within many fields. Its key step is to establish judgment matrices and get priority vectors for objects to be compared from them. With the development of AHP theory and the actual requirement of applications, the ideas of uncertainty are introduced to AHP and there forms a new theory method — uncertain Analytic Hierarchy Process which is an important question for discussion in recent years. The major work in this paper lies in the priority method of uncertain AHP.In chapter 1, the background of uncertain AHP, traits and existing problems are analyzed. Foundational principles and developing trends are also briefly stated. In the end, the problems to be resolved in this paper are pointed out.In chapter 2, Based on the fuzzy consistent matrix, three new prioritizing methods are put forward and their characteristics are analyzed, therefore the priority theory of FAHP are perfect. In chapter 3, the priority algorithms of fuzzy numbers' reciprocal and complementary judgment matrix are summed up, and a new algorithm is put forward. In chapter 4, the present defines of possibility on intervals are discussed, and a new priority method is proposed based on the interval judgment matrix. In the end, the research works are summarized and give some suggestions about the research on uncertain AHP.
