During the recent years, the singular systems have obtained the widespread application in electrical network, economy , astronautics and in bio-engineering domain. However, time-delay is the universal existence phenomenon in the objective world and the project . The singular systems also contain lots of the systems with time-delay. A great deal of interest has been denoted to the study of singular systems and time-delay systems due to their applications in representing and resolving problems concerning many naturally occuring systems, such as control systems, economic systems, management systems and so on. The diffusion theory is playing the important role in the system investigation into stability. Not only passivity is a principal aspect in the diffusion, but, also is one kind of higher level abstract of stability. This paper concerns the passive control problem of singular systems with time-delay in the light of linear system and the nonlinear bilinear system; also it discusses the robust passive control problem of uncertain systems in the light of uncertainty. The main contents and results in this dissertation are as follows:1.The problems of passive control for singular systems with time-delay are studied.Under certain conditions, the sufficient condition is derived such that the closed-loop system is passive and its zero solution is asymptotically stable via static...
