The self-efficacy theory is the American famous society psychologist Bandura·A takes the lead to propose, it is an important constituent of Bandura society studies theory system. Studies the self- potency feeling is the self- potency feeling in the study domain performance. In order to discussion the self- potency feeling to art class student's mathematics study ,we first to domestic and foreign studies the self- potency feeling a series of research results to carry on the concise review in the foundation, carries on the questionnaire survey and the analysis, discovered and summarizes art class student mathematics to study the self- potency feeling lowly to have psychological and the behavior aspect ten origins, then induces is different with other non- art class students' three aspects characteristics. For studied the self- potency feeling to this kind of student's mathematics the raise protrudes its vital significance and has provided the reality basis.We according to the artistic specialized student low mathematics to study the self-potency feeling the origin analysis and mathematics discipline teaching characteristic.
