Muscle is the main tissue that constitutes the animal body, the leading function of which is to produce contraction, then causing various kinds of locomotions of the animal body. The muscle can be classified into three kinds: skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle and smooth muscle, among which skeletal muscle is the most, about having 40% of the animal weight. The skeletal muscle, bone and tendon constitute the locomotive organs together. Since 1920s, the force-generation mechanism of muscle has been the research hot-spot of the physiologists, and A.V. Hill as well as A.F. Huxley who were the most outstanding representatives put forward Hill model (1938) and Huxley model (1957) respectively, which described the mechanical characteristics of muscle at the macroscopic level and meso-physiological level respectively, and are still the dominating models now. The morphological models of muscle which based on the fibers' arrangement and muscle geometry appeared in 1960s, and these models have played important...
