Transient molecules have the features of shot-living,strong chemical activity and low experimental production density, it is difficult to get their spectra. So just high sensitivity spectral mearurement technique is available. In spectral experiment, Transient molecules always be obtained by ac discharge, the paticle species are complicated and the same transient moleculers can also appear differente transition spectra from different electronic states, so that many spectra cross together and the spectral analysis become very hard.Developing selective and discriminating spectral technique can carry out selective measurement for both different molecules and spectra from different electronic states, this is meaningful for the analysis of complicated spectra. This paper will introduce the selectivity and discrimination features of high sensitivity spectral technique: optical heterodyne magnetic rotation enhanced velocity/concentration modulation spectroscopy. It is meaningful to discriminate spectral lines through studying the principle of spectral line intensity affected by magnetic-field. This paper measure R23, P21, Q22 three branches (J=8-17) among all 27 branches for N2 molecule B3(?)g-A3∑ u+, (2-0)band under different magnetic-fiele. Analyze the principle of line intensity affected by magnetic-field, and make correspond correction for formular of spectral line shap.Applying DL100 diode laser and CR899-29 laser system measure the glow discharge spectra of N2+He and O2+He applying difference concentration modulation and optic heterodyne enhanced concentration modulation spectral technique, proceed the preliminary analysis for O2 spectral lines.CR899-29 laser system is continuous wave ring cavity laser, this paper introduce the everyday's operation and behalf depending on experience and its explanation text.
