The theory of probability and statistics already applied to many domains in the natural sciences and social sciences, realization of many related questions were allowed through the computer software. However, the teaching for undergraduate probability and statistics still paused in the theoretical analysis and question solution, which caused the student separated from essentially to grasp the related theory in probability and statistics. At the same time, the traditional teaching method had also neglected raising students' interest and ability. Therefore, the educational reform of undergraduate probability curriculum is gradually raised.Around the national universities, the teaching for undergraduate probability attentioned knowledge instruction, which still did not have the system to make students easily understand the concept through the stochastic simulation test, and strengthen the ability of analyzing questions. This article takes Professor Li Xianping's "Theory of probability Foundation" in Fudan University and Professor Yang Zhenming's "Theory of probability" in Nankai University as a foundation, uses the MATLAB software structure model, through the stochastic experiment, causes the student direct-viewing to grasp the key concept and theory; At the same time, for some questions which look having nothing to do with the probability statistics (for example estimation for girth quotient), we can transform them to probability and statistics models through designing stochastic experiments, which is more advantageous to the students to raise ideation ability and modelling ability. So the teaching method which unifies the theory and experiment can arouse student's study interest, train student's ability to transform question and establish stochastic experiment model.
