In the oil extraction, the engineer of oil want to know the exactitudecurve of temperature—deepness in the oil well, hereby, they can analysethe trend of the oil well and forecast trend of production underdiversified exploitation mode;the engineer of oil extraction also wantto know the exactitude curve of temperature—deepness in the oil well,so they can exploitate the oil in the prime trends condition. Thus, themetrical instrument of oil temperature and deepness is an absolutelynecessarily instrument during the collection of rock oil.At the present time, the metrical instrument of oil temperature anddeepness can divide to four kinds: mechanical metrical instrument,photoelectric metrical instrument, CCD metrical instrument, beamymetrical instrument.After analyse, we can found that metrical instrumentof oil temperature of present phase subsist these problems:1 The ratio of capability and price is not high: The cost of mechanicalmetrical instrument and photoelectric metrical instrument is low, but theprecision of them is not high. the precision of CCD metrical instrument,beamy metrical instrument is high ,but the speed of measure is slow.2 The currency of the metrical instrument of oil temperature anddeepness is not well . the precision of CCD metrical instrument is well,butCCD metrical instrument can only use to measure the oil well of affusionor empty oil well.3 The problem of data transmission. How to transmit the data is aproblem of the mesure of temperature—deepness in the oil well.4 At the present time, the metrical instrument of oil temperature anddeepness need the helpness of PC in order to accomplish the work ofmeasure.In order to solve these problem, I manufacture a new metricalinstrument of oil temperature and deepness , which kernel is ARM embeddedsystem.In the followin, I would like to give the design project of themetrical instrument:The system is devived to two parts: instrument which is worked on theground, instrument which worked in the oil well. The first is made up ofthree parts: the uint of the sensor of deepness, the uint of the sensorof temperature, the uint of data transmission. The second is designed byARM embedded system, which is made up of four parts: the uint of datatake-over, the uint of power supply, the uint of location , the uint ofdisplay.1 instrument which worked in the oil well1.1 the uint of the sensor of deepnessIn order to solve the problem of the low measure precision ofconventional metrical instrument of oil temperature and deepness, Mylaboratory designed a Casing Connector Logger. In this system, the uintof the sensor of deepness is made up of CCL and photoelectric part. TheCCL can exactitude confirm the position of connector , and the distanceof two connectors can measured by photoelectric part. The distance of twoconnectors is about 10m, so the elongate error can be ignored. Based onthe measure in the locale, the method can achieve the require of design.1.2 Temperature sensors modulesIt used LM92 as temperature sensor chips to meet the requirements ofthe system design temperature. The chip is the provision of digitaltemperature sensors with C bus. It works steadily between 2.7V to 5.5V,strong anti-jamming capability. It works underground in the oil entirelyappropriate. The measurement range is -55℃ to +130℃. The biggest erroris ±130℃. It meets the design requirements of the system temperatureabsolutely.1.3 Data Transmission UnitTo reduce system cost,change traditional multi-core cable to singlein data transmission unit. The electricity of underground sensor, theacquisition temperature of and depth signal is completed with singlecable(the out of cable come to the ground).But it needs to solve signalseparation and identification, etc.To solve the temperature signal and the signal separation depthissues, the data transmission is used internal advanced Hart bus in thesystem. It not only separate accurately the signal, but also it has themerits of a long distance transmission, anti-interference capabilityand compatible digital signals to analog signal transmission and othercommunication. As for the issue of identification system, it will beaddressed in a worker above ground equipment.The Worker Above Ground Equipment2 The hardware design of worker above ground equipmentTo ensure that equipment in the absence of a PC, it can independentlysolve the signal recovery and tracking mechanism of vague clustering. Themain CPU of the system use the LPC2210 of the ARM of Philips in the hardwaredesign. The LPC2210 is a Micro-controller of 16/32 bit ARM7TDMI-STM CPUof supporting real-time simulation and an embedded tracking. It controlstrictly on code size. The 16 Thumb model will be used to reduce codesize scale for more than 30% and the losses are small. It can reach itsmaximum operating frequency 60Mhz. This ARM chip not only can offer thehardware guarantee for realizing the system to improve digital filteringand tracking mechanism of vague clustering, but also it has the advantagesof low cost, small size, saving electricity, strong processing ability,good stability and facilitate the expansion of the hardware. It will beintroduced to the module for simple next.(1) The first, it deals with the hardware filter to the down signalin data receiving module. The second, it uses HT2012 as a main chip forreceiving data. The HT2012 introduced a low-consumption chip of SMARcompany. It uses specially to the preparation demodulate of Hart signal.It meets the needs of data transmission system absolutely.(2) It uses SPI1117 as the main power supply system chips in powermodules. The chip can provide stable output current 0.8A, peak currentstability 1A, current excessive and temperature protection, providingstrong support for the stability of the system.(3) It designs 4M for storage space in memory modules(The largest canreach 64M).It will adequately meet the demands of data storage.(4) The system designs of the independent show circuit to meet thedesign requirements independently accomplish the mission of collecting.It can realize the curve of temperature to deepness.3 The software design of worker above ground equipmentIt uses uC/OS-II that follows by the Federal Aviation AdministrationBusiness Craft as the main operating system in terms of software. Thereal-time operating systems have good veracity and stability. It meetsthe design requirements fully.Owing to equipment and wells in the ongoing process of decentralizationwall collisions, it produces a lot of interference signals. It designsa filter circuit in hardware and uses a digital composite filter algorithmin software, but these two methods can not filter out the noise causedby collisions after the actual measurements. To solve this problem, itimproves on the tracking method that is a new algorithm of obscureclustering analysis put forward by miss zhang xing hua. The originalalgorithm time complexity changes from O ( n 2)to O ( n ) in that algorithmon the basis of precision. It also saves storage space and improvesoperational efficiency algorithms. In this paper it not only proves theimproved tracking method, but also proves the data classification effectof improved tracking method from a large number of validated data. It hasa particular description to the question of how to separate down noisethrough improved tracking method in the embedded system.
