| With the rapid development of GIS, vast amount of heterogeneous spatial data has been produced and lots of heterogeneous GIS applications have been established. How to share the spatial information resource and realize the interoperability between the GIS applications is very urgent, and also is a challenge. Developing the data interface of GIS software and applications is an effective method.This dissertation is focused on the technology of GIS data interface by realizing the data interface of DigMap. And its content includes following parts:(1) The theory and methods of GIS data interfaceFirstly, the types of GIS data interface are analyzed and the differences of the data model of GIS software and the theory of GIS data interface are discussed;and then three methods including data transformation ,directly data access and interoperability are introduced and analyzed;lastly, data quality control from data change is discussed.(2) Research on the technology of format transformationThe method and technology of format transformation are analyzed by developing the data interfaces of DigMap, such as mif, shp and e00. For mif, firstly, the interchange file is analyzed and the corresponding relation of geometrical features between DigMap and Maplnfo are designed;and then the arithmetic of the transformation between no topology polygons and its corresponding arcs is introduced;lastly, a program based on the arithmetic is coding and is validated. For shp and eOO, the research is similar.(3) Research on the technology of interoperability based on OGC WMS implementationFirstly, the current status of web mapping and interoperability is analyzed and the solution and WMS implementation of OGC is introduced in detail;and then class library of DigMap for OGC WMS is developed by Microsoft .net c# and asp.net;and lastly, the class library is applied and validated.Zhang Xingguo (Geographic Information System)Directed: by Chen Zhengjiang...
