Along with the science and technology rapid development, to solve many questions all need several academics knowledge. If we become the talented person, we have to master different discipline knowledge. The contact of arts and science becomes very close nowadays, humanities culture and technique culture blend mutually more and more obviously. Under this kind of social development tendency, in order to enhance the liberal arts student's scientific accomplishment and instruct them to learn with the science subjects thought to analyze problem, we must carries out physical teaching to the liberal arts student.The network education is the modern education thought and the modern network technology union. It has merit that is education resources sharing, wide range of education object, education method diverse and study time freedom. The rapid development of computer and network technology are rapidly changing our traditional life, the work and the study way. Teaching student through the network becomes the effective method of modern education. Physics teaching of arts students in the country has launched 10 years, but Liberal Physics teaching websites are not many. That must affect the exchange of Liberal Physics teaching resources. In order to disseminate physical culture better and create an unobstructed information exchange platform for the teacher and the student, we proposed the building of the physical network arts curriculum.Aiming to the liberal arts student's characteristic, the thesis unified the ASP dynamic network technology and the multimedia technology to research the development of Liberal Physics network course on the basis of theory of network course development. This course mainly includes curriculum teaching, review guide, physical forum, interest physics, information issue and physical progress module. During the period of developing, we made use of Flash technique and MATLAB technique to design animation in order to replicate the image of physical phenomena. In order to provide the certain self- appraisal mechanism to students, we utilized the ASP technology to construct a small on-line test system. At the same time, we proposed under the existing condition to use Tencen's prompt communication software to realize the teacher and the student real-time alternately. Considering to this curriculum next development and consummation, we will not have purely used the static homepage technology. This course is a frame which builds with the ASP technology so it has the more convenient backend control function, the function of quite convenient information renewal and the very strong interactive function.This topic originates the province class teaching research project which professor X.X.
