More and more people put their attention to this field, since it has been shown that the "quantum Turing machine" could solve some problems exponentially faster than any classical computer. Furthermore, it is very important in quantum information that two independent qubit are manipulated by quantum c-not gate. In this paper, we list all the states of this system and research their evolvement with action by Hamiltonian. In case all states accord with the result operated by quantum C-NOT gate at some time, we consider quantum C-NOT gate realization.Within this context, the first chapter indicates quantum logic gate and the second chapter demonstrates composing and running of the quantum C-NOT gate. In the following chapter, we choose two interacting three-level atoms as the composite system in which quantum CNOT gate can be realized. We research the running of quantum C-NOT gate by adding one external magnetic field and two distinct magnetic fields respectively. The results show that : in external magnetic field, the processing speed of quantum CNOT gate can be adjusted continuously, also the processing time can decreased to one tenth orders of magnitude comparing to the former. It can be used to solve yawp caused by disaccord processing speed among gates in quantum computer.
