This paper suggests employing MLPG method to solve couple-stress problems, which is a new attempt for the numerical solutions of couple-stress problems. One of the major advantages of the application of MLPG method is that the inconvenience caused by therequirement of C~1 continuity in FE analysis can be avoided. The computational formulae of solving the plane couple stress problem are derived, and numerical varification is presented with satisfactort results.
