The examination and the elimination of inhomogeneous textile fiber are regarded as crucial problems which the world cotton industry pays more attention to. Every country has different method to solve those problems according to its situation. However, till now, there is no effective method to control the quantity of isomerism textile fiber thoroughly. Since the isomerism textile fiber is hard to remove after processing, it requests the system has more accurate sensitivity. In this thesis, we simulate the New Diffused Equipment and optimize its structure. Based on the continuity equation, momentum equation and K-s turbulent pattern of hydrodynamics, we obtain the interior flow field distribution regular of the model by use of the computational hydrodynamics software FLUENT. After analyzing the calculational result, we improve some parameters of the new model.In the first chapter, refer to the foundational investigation in this field, we expound the significance and figure out the main work of this thesis. In the second chapter, Firstly we simulate the circular annulations model, the contrast with the data based on theory shows that the simulation result is good. This confirms my numerical simulation method is correct. Based on this ,we carry on the numerical experimentation to the working platform model which is widely used present, obtain its internal flow field which is imperfect and needs to be improved . So this provids practical basis for my investigative work. In the third chapter, we detailedly introduce the computational dynamics software FLUENT and indicate some problems we would meet in practice. In the fourth chapter, our discussion focus on the simulation of the New Diffused Equipment, find reliable data to prove that the structure of the new model is well designed, then we change the inlet velocity and obtain the velocity distribution at the section near exit of the model. In the fifth chapter, through the analysis of the preceding chapter, we improve several structure parameters of the model and simulate it again until we obtain stable flow fieldand velocity distribution. Thus carry out the optimization of the model.
