Multiobjective decision has been widely used in manufacture industry, economy, science and engineering, and is also an important research topic for the electronic information system in military. Furthermore, with the development of manufacture technology and society, some systems, such as economic systems, social systems and electronic information system, become more and more complicated in reality such that the information obtained for each subsystem is not different, so is the decision results. As a result, how to use the existed information to make correct decision and coordinate the conflict decision information among subsystems have attracted more and more attention. Lots of decision methods have been resorted and fuzzy multiobjective decision is the one of the approaches with obvious advantages.In this thesis, a new approach combining fuzzy sets and multiobjective decision theory is proposed and used in electronic information systems. The main contributions are summarized as follows:1. The Fuzzy sets and the solving problem for multiobjective decision are analyzed, and then a fuzzy multiobjective decision approach is put forward by combining fuzzy sets theory with multiobjective decision.2. Considering dispersancy of attacked object decision, an algorithm of finited fuzzy multiobjective decision is derived, which is more simple, correct and effective. In order to make correct decision in the case the weights are unknown or partly known, a derivation algorithm of the weight is proposed. Finally, the correctness of fuzzy multiobjective decision is valified through simulation.3. To make the decision algorithm suitable for the modern integral war, fuzzy multiobjective group decision algorithm is proposed through incorporating group decision algorithm into fuzzy multiobjective decision. Simulations show that the algorithm of fuzzy multiobjective group decision possesses the power to process the multi-ship and multiobjective information.4. A sensitivity analysis algorithm is given for measuring the variation of decision conclusion. The flexibility and effectiveness of real-time fuzzymultiobjective decision algorithm is verified through numerical simulation and the sensitivity analysis of decision conclusion.
