Non-intrusive inspection is gaining attention as a vital tool in combating terrorism, drug smuggling and other violation of international and national transportation and Customs laws. The importance of reliable, accurate and rapid inspection at all ports of entry: sea, land and air have been underscored by the events of September 11 2001. In the several decades, various terrible affairs take place continuously because of the fluctuation of the world political structure. Especially after American 911 affairs, in order to stop the similar affairs, all countries government do more to value the safety, check of various dangerous goods and examination work.Nowadays, it is very important for customhouse to check the explosive and narcotics in the package during the anti-terrible struggle. Explosives and narcotics contain various chemical elements such as H, C, N, O, etc. in quantities and ratios that differentiate them from each other and from other innocuous substances. Neutrons and γ-rays have the ability to penetrate through various materials to large depths. They are able to interrogate the various goods in a non-intrusive manner.Analysis (PFTNA) is a neutron-based technique which utilizes the (n, n', γ ) and (n,γ) reactions to identify and quantify a large number of elements. The elements emit characteristic y-rays which are the "fingerprints" of each isotope. We can determine if they are explosives according to their components and concentration from the data of analyzing y-rays energy-spectrum.During the inspection of explosive and drug, it is difficult to interrogate the goods accurately in a short time. For example, there are various of product in a baggage which is a mixture not the one compound and whose chemical element has already turned equality. Therefore, it need light the small piece of inspected product when interrogation. In the small piece of produce there is mainly a kind of material. In order to get this result we must make us of a method which we interrogate goods by the collimated neutron.
