Measuring singleDNA chain we got a series of peptide sequence. By analyzing andcomparing, we concluded some higher frequency of occurrenceamino acid: ① The highest sequence His is components of His～Hisor His～His～His② Higher sequence Pro exists in Arg～Pro,Ala～Pro and Ala～Arg～Pro③ Excluding His and Pro, we find that Arg,Ala,Ser,Asn,Leu is high sequence in the third time and Lys,Arg,Ala , Thr in the fourth time④The sequence of Ala-Leu-Arg-Pro-His-His-His exists in the third and fourth time.
