The researchful area of east Kunlun Mountains in Xinjianglies in south of Tarim plate-North China plate and west oforogenic belt of east Kunlun Mountains, belonging to theisland-arcs of east Kunlun Mountains on the Paleozoic. Tectonicactivities are intensive in the area, and the structuralframework of the region is controlled by Altun fracture belts,central-Kulun Mountains fracture belts , Muzitage-Jinyuhufracture belts. Magmatic activities were quite frequent fromProterozoic to Mesozoic, forming a series of intrusive rocks andvolcanic rocks.The stratum are consisted of mainly the late CarboniferousHalamilan river group,the early Permian,the Trias Keleqin rivergroup and Tertiary in Muzitage peak to Arca mountainarea.Halamilan river group and Keleqin river group are the mainstratum containing ore of Ag and Cu,including the two new foundore of Ag and Cu. Host structures dominantly are NW-orNE-faults.Intrusive rocks are consisted of mainly the ultrabasicrocks and few granite in the area.Volcanic rocks are alkalinebasalt,including andesite and tuff.Hg,W,Au,Ag,Cu,Pb,Zn,Sb,Sn,contents are all obviouslyhigher than others ,especially Hg,Au and W content is higherin the stream sediments of Muzitage peak to Arca mountain region.Halamilan river group and Keleqin river group lie within regionalhigh background and high value zones of Au,Ag,Cu,Pb,Zn,W,Sn,As,Sb,Mo,Cr,Ni contents are higher than their averagecontents in Muzitage peak to Arca mountain area.Enrichment regularity of trace elements is that contents ofsome elements in the rocks are higher than it in stream sedimentsin Muzitage peak to Arca mountain area, and others contents inthe rocks are lower .In the meantime,stream sediment survey iseffective, accounting for the geochemical characteristics ofMuzitage peak to Arca mountain area.Twenty geochemical anomalies had been established inMuzitage peak to Arca mountain area, HS-3,HS-5,HS-6,HS-8,HS-9,HS-10 related to gold(copper) deposit , HS-13 ,HS-14 ,HS-17,HS-20 related to Pb,Zn or Mn deposit, HS-1,HS-2 ,HS-4,HS-11,HS-12,HS-15,HS-16,HS-18,HS-19 related to W or Sn deposit.HS-7 related to Cr orNi deposit Stratum,structure, and magmaticrocks spatially control the distribution of anomalies. Anomalycharacteristics of HS-9 , HS-17 , HS-4 , HS-6 , HS-16 areadvantageous to prospecting.According to the geochemical block theory, In the South ofMuzitage-Jinyuhu fracture belts and its North,Geochemistriccharacteristics of elemnts are very different.Hg,Au and Cucontents are higher than others in North of fracture belts.W,sn,Mo,Bi and Pb,Zn contents are higher in South.Apparently,thereare two different geochemical block in South and North alongMuzitage-Jinyuhu fracture belts.The geological work degree in the east Kunlun of Xinjiangis very low, and the research degree is much lower. Accordingto this analysis to data now, the east Kunlun of Xinjiang hashuge prospecting potentiality, along with the work and researchdegree continuously, the area will become the base of W,Sn,Au,Cu etc underground resources. In the course of the mineralexploration and resources development, the ecosystem andecological environment of the area should be protected,promoting the harmonious development of the mankind and nature,and the sustainable development of mankind.
