Strange quark matter was considered to be constituted a sort of compact objects-strange star. So pulsar or parts of pulsar maybe strange star. But pulsar has strong magnetic field, so the influence of magnetic field on strange quark matter and strange star is a important way to know compact star.We introduced the state of strange quark matter and the structure of strange star in magnetic field, our paper was focus in the effect of magnetic on strange star in two sides.First, we discussed the influence of magnetic field on strange quark matter. Our researches focus on non-leptonic weak interaction in magnetized quark matter. Compared with normal nuclear matter, the bulk viscosity of strange quark matter is larger. But mag-necit field is a important parameter, we need to investigate the influence of magnetic field on bulk viscosity of strange quark matter. We calculated the parameters of bulk viscosity in strong and weak magnetic field. The result shows that magnetic field can change the paremeters of bulk viscosity, but the relation with the temperature do not changed compared with zero magnetic field.Second, we dicussed the influence of magnetic field on thermal evolution of strange stars. We get the neutrino emission from quark Urca process in magnetic field , and find that in strong magnetic field strange stars are cooling too fast. For the spin-down of strang stars is induced by the magnetic dipole radiation, strange stars with small mass crust will appear deconfinement heating. This situation changed the thermal evolution of the stars, especially for color superconducting strange stars. Under the influence of deconfinement heating and quark pair break and formation (PBF)process , the thermal evolution of star do not conflict with observation data. These are not the same as the former work about extremely cool strange stars.
