This article is composed of six chapters. In the first chapter, the background and the research progress of land emissivity calculation are introduced. In Chapter 2, a microwave land emissivity model by Weng etc is introduced, and the sensitivity of the emissivities model to various land parameters is tested. In the third chapter, forward scatterring cross section expression of small spherical particles is educed to give a theory result for future's calculation. In the fourth chapter, model of dielectric constant of bound water in soil is introduced. In this model the water in soil is divided into bound water and free water. Then the relations of dielectric constants of bound water and free water are expatiated, and the model of permittivity of wet soils is established. In the fifth chapter, the permittivity model for wet soil is used to replace the corresponding part in Weng's microwave land emissivity model in order to test the variety of the bare soil emissivity, and make comparison with the result from Weng's land emissivity model. In the sixth chapter, the remain problems in my opinion are pointed out and a tentative plan for the future study is outlined.
