The Research Of Progresterone, Estrogen Prolactin And Their Receptors In Development Rat Mammary Gland

The level of estrogen,prolactin,progresterone and their receptors in Development Rat Mammary Gland were studied in this thesis.The rat's weight is 250g,Divided the whole rat development into Virgin,Days 6 of pregnancy group, Days 12 of pregnancy group,Days 18 of pregnancy group,Days 6 of lactation group,Days 12 of lactation group and Days 18 of lactation group. The rat's mammary gland and serum were studided by RIV and RT-PCR.The present experiment includes two parts.I .The level of the whole period rat's mammary gland and serum were studided by RIV.The result : Estrogen:The level of estrogen was the highest in virgin in serum.When pregnancy appear and begin to decrease obviously .At the same time,it maintain the lowest level of the whole mammary gland development, In the all lactation period,it begain to increase gradually again.The level of the Days 18 of lactation was no more than that the virgin. The level was much higher in the virgin in the mammary gland. After the pregnancy ,the level of estrogen was much more than that virgin in the mammary gland.With the pregnancy went on,The level of the estrogen reach the lowest.After lactation,the level reach the highest.With the lactation went on,the level decrease ,too. What's more, The level was no more than in the pregnancy in serum and mammary gland.And all maintain the lowest in all gland development period.In lactation on the contanry,And all maintain the much higher level.Progresterone: The level was the lowest in virgin in serum.With pregnancy went on and began to increase gradually in serum. The level in the Days 18 of pregnancy was the highest.After lactation,it has began to decrease,but it maintain the higher level. The level in the Days 18 of lactation was almost equal to virgin. The level of the virgin was the highest in mammary gland.The level began to decrease gradually with pregnancy and lactation went on .Conclusion:The level was opposite in virgin and pregnancy,But it has no difference in lactation. prolactin: The level in the virgin was the highest in serum.It has obviously decrease when pregnancy began.But it has gradually increase with pregnancy went on.After lactation,it has gradually decrease with lactation went on.
