Based on the paleoceanography spatial database, I replanned the paleoceanography databasesystem to figure out the security of the former system. I redivided the system functions anddesigned five function modules: right management module, data import and edit module, calculating year module by standard oxygen isotope curve, data analysis module and spatialanalysis module. The calculating year module adopted the method which compares the oxygenisotope stage borderlines. This method could acquire a more exact result and provide a friendlyinterface to make the consumer operate convenient. Based on the principle of statisticsmultianalysis, the data analysis module actualized mass and complicated maths operations andcompletes quantitative analysis of paleoceanographic data. To design and develop thepaleoceanography database system could manage, organize and share a great deal of complicatedframe paleoceanography data of North Indian Ocean, and actualize the quantitative analysis ofpaleoceanography. The evolvement of climate environment in the geological history is one important contents ofthe paleoceanography research and has an important significance. The key to resume thepaleoceanic environment is how to confirm various character parameters of the paleoceanicenvironment, such as sea surface temperature (SST) and salinity (SSS), and so on. In the formerresearch of the North Indian Ocean and Indonesian Archipelago areas, the quantitative analysismostly aimed at the proxies of single or several special cores (such as planktonic foraminiferMg/Ca,δ18O and so on). Then researchers applied the acquired environment parameters to thewhole researched area and concluded the evolvement rule of the ocean environment in differentgeological periods. It can be imagined, this method had some uncertainty and was not fine. As thestatistics multianalysis was successfully applied to different fields, and there have already beenmany multidimensional paleoceanographic data, so we can utilize the principles and methods ofstatistics. And at the same time, we can make the quantitative multianalysis on a great deal of coreproxies to acquire more scientific and more exact paleoceanic environment parameters. This paper expatiated on the paleoceanography statistics multianalysis model which based onthe data of paleoceanography database system. It utilized factor analysis and regression analysis ofthe multi-statistics to make the quantitative analysis on a great deal of core proxies (planktonicforaminifer content) in the North Indian Ocean and Indonesian Archipelago areas, and acquiredthe exact conversion relations of paleoceanic environment parameters (sea surface temperatureand salinity) and proxies. Then it made the change curve which can show the changes of paleo-ceanic environment parameters (sea surface temperature and salinity) which followed the changesof depth and provided the contrast between paleoceanic environment parameters of different coreson the landscape orientation. This paper supplied a more scientific and exact method for resumingthe paleoceanic environment on paleoceanography research.
