"Marine Ambient Noise Surveillance and Inversion Techniques" (MANSIT)is a subproject of State Oceanic 863. It mainly studies and testifies thewind-generated noise model of the shallow ocean and the remote ship noisemodel, which is suitable for the southeast coastland of China.As part of the MANSIT, this paper builds an embedded inversionworkbench of wind-generated noise based on DSP (Digital Signal Processor),which can forecast the spectrum levels of the wind-generated noiseaccurately in real time.The major work in this thesis is as follows:1. A whole design scheme of the inversion system has been planed andtestified. That are based on the demand of the marine ambient noiseinspection and the inversion technology system function,2. The circuit of the inversion system embedded has been designed in theTI fixed-point DSP TMS320VC5502. Speediness and low-consumptionare considered as the main technology parameters of this system.3.The wind-generated noise inspection and wind-speed inversionalgorithm on TMS320VC5502 is implemented on the goal of improvingdata-processing speed and precision.4.The system's power consumption and the data-processing precisionhave been testified by experiments. Through the experiment result, theimprove scheme of the inversion system design has been proposed.The major innovations in this thesis are as follows:1.An inversion workbench of wind-generated noise embedded DSP hasbeen built with a fixed-point processor. The wind-generated inversionalgorithm is implemented on this workbench and the results can becalculated and output in real time.2.A low power-consumption DSP system has been designed andaccomplished.
