The movement of flood is a highly complex natural phenomenon. It brings great loss and hidden trouble to people's normal life and work. As for the disaster to the subsistence of mankind, the flood is the first of all natural calamities. The human being accumulated rich experience from their fighting against with flood. The purpose of human being's long-term fighting against with flood is to reduce and eliminate expense, to protect people's life and wealth, to obtain good repetition of entironment and society economy. The goal of research in flood routing is just to offer scientific decision-making warranty for exploring water resource, flood forecast and waterpower's attempering project. The research is based on flood wave's movement rule, that is flood wave's propagating, smoothing and transfiguration rule. The purpose of this thesis is to construct a common model for flood routing. So this paper studied the following aspects: 1)Begin with non-collision Boltzmann equation, this thesis studied the finite volume method and flux vector splitting method; brought forward assembling the micro particle's distribution function method, and using this method gave another method to deal with the moving boundary question. This dealing method differs from the traditional method, it fully according to the law of article's movement it can reflect the essence of water's movement much more than the traditional method. 2)Based on the one-dimensional flood routing result, this thesis constructed two-dimensional flood routing model using the non-collision Boltzmann equation; tested the model with the one-dimensional and two-dimensional dam break; and simulated the characteristic of flood go round the block. And the result of simulation proved our model is successful and feasible. 3)This thesis deeply discussed the natural river's flood routing model, then presented a dealing method with the initial DEM data and hydrological data; and did much pretreatment on the flood routing model of Yuxiakou to it's downstream, a 3km long river region, in Qinjiang river. These works will give great help to the final success model on this region. Flood routing is a complex natural phenomenon. The models constructed in this thesis solved a series of important questions; and the results, which can also be the reference of the future numerical simulation, have the practical application value and the significance in flood routing theory.
