Studies on NSP(non starch polysaccharides) enzymes produced by Trichoderma reesei Rut C-30 and improving xylanase activity of Trichoderma reesei Rut C-30 by UV mutation were carried out.By solid-state fermentation with Trichoderma reesei Rut C-30 in straw and bran culture medium, five NSP enzymes, such as cellulase, xylanase, β-glucanase, B-mannase and pectinase were discussed in different carbon source and in different substrates. Results show that non starch polysaccharides enzymes were complete and there was different proportion in different carbon source and in different substrates. In order to improve xylanase activity of Trichoderma reesei Rut C-30, the spores were exposed to ultraviolet and we isolated a mutant strain. The activity is 41.9 percent higher than the present strains'.The factors including the proportion of straw and bran, nitrogen sources and water were investigated for improving xylanase activity. Otherwise, cultivate temperature, cultivate time, MgSO4.7H2O and KH2PO4 were studied by orthogonal experiment Results showed that optimal straw and bran of Xylanase was 6:4, optimal nitrogen sources was ammonium sulfate, optimal water was 3.0 times of dry material. Orthogonal experiment showed that the influence level of each factor was: cultivate time > KH2PO4>MgSO4 . 7H2O> cultivate temperature.
