The Investigation Of Poisonous Plants In Three Gorges Region And The Determination Of Insecticidal Activity Of Some Kinds Of Hese Plants

By consulting the literatures and investigating some natural reserves ,the author draw the conclusion that there are 154 kinds of poisonous plants reported in Three Gorges Region and 128 in Shennongjia area.In this paper the bioactivity of the methanol extracts of 19 kinds of plants on TriboHum castaneum Hberst and Musca domestica vicina Macquart are studied. The results show that after 72 hours of treatment, the contact effects of the extracts of Typhonium giganteun Engl. and Heracleum L on the adult of Tribolium castaneum Hberst is obviously. And the revised death rate of the two extracts to TriboHum castaneum Hberst are 74.54% and60.66% respectively. The contact effects of the extracts of Psilopeganum sinense Hemsl Phryma lepiostachya L. var. asiatica Hara, Hosta ventricosa Stearn , Sinomontunum Stemona luberosa Lour to Tribolium castaneum Hberst are lower than the former two extracts. The corrected death rates of them arc 55.30%, 40% 21.34%, 19.55%, 14.18% respectively. The rejective results of Dioscoreaceal zingiberensis C.H.Wright, Sinomontvnum Phryma leptostachya L. var. asiatica Hara on the adult of Tribolium castaneum Hberst are more than 88% within 72 hours after treatment. And the results of Solanum surattense Burm.f, Tussliaga farfara L. , Heracleum L., Hypericum perforatum L. , Veratrum nigrum L. are more than 60%.The effect of the extracts of Phryma leptostachya L. var. asiatica Hara to the number of Tribolium castaneum Hberst is obviously. The inhibition rate of the species arranged from 72.3% to 100% under the concentration of 400ppm to 1600ppm . The inhibition rate of the species of the extracts of Slemona luberosa Lour Heracleum L. and Typhonium giganteun Engl. under the concentration of lOOOppm are 71.61%,62.41% and 48.1% respectively.The extracts of Lindera glauca (S.et Z)B1 , Illicium henryi Diels Psilopeganum sinense HemsK Dioscoreaceal zingiberensis C.H.Wright had higher toxic killing effect to Musca domestica vicina Macquart, the revised death rate are 92.31% , 88.46%, 84.62%and69.23%c...
