The Research Of Remote Objects Prefetching On The Application Of WebGIS

WebGIS utilizes Internet technology to issue space data which provides browsing and using to the users on the web. But when we carry out remote access, it will cause severe response delay. According to this question, the thesis elaborates the methods to solve the response latency on the web. It concludes that employing prefetching stategy can greatly reduce average response time. The thesis emphasizes on how to find an effective predictive method. In addition, when reducing the response latency, the net traffic must not be increased greatly.According to the characteristic of space database and prefetching stategy, I find that applying the data mining algorithms to cluster space database can increase the accuracy of forecasting remote objects greatly. After studying all kinds of data mining algorithms, I find that the feature of CURE algorithm is more fittable when employed it in space database. After deliberately studying CURE algorithm,I improve the shortage of CURE and employ a new algorithm — CURD.The result of experiments prove that applying CURD algorithm to predict assures the accurate rate of forecasting and reduces the response time of users'access.
