This paper studied the plants regeneration under various treatments by taking the stem tips of Albizzia julibrissin,Laburnum anagyroides,Sorbus aucuparia,Cerasus humilis,Calluna vulgaris as explants. And during in vitro tissue culture of Albizzia julibrissin,Laburnum anagyroides, the relationship between the morphosis and the variation of primary physiological index was studied for a base of efficient controlling in vitro  organic morphosis . The results showed that:  adventitious shoots of five woody plants were induced on MS + 6-BA 0.5~1.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.1 mg/L and the differentiation rate was higher. At the same time, the effect of the auxin, the sugar density and the culture medium on plantlet rooting was studied for the optimal medium on rooting , which was 1/4MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L+ sugar15g/L.So the efficient plant regeneration system was established. The concentrations of primary physiological index in the differentiation of Albizzia julibrissin,Laburnum anagyroides stem tips were studied, which rise in the prophase of formation and drop later. These results demonstrated that  in woody plants there were some relationships between the morphosis of adventitious shoots and the concentration of POD,soluble sugar and soluble protein .
