For monitoring surface subsidence,InSAR and GPS are very strong complementary. The integration of InSAR and GPS not only remove the error in InSAR, which can not done by itself of InSAR.,but also achieve the integration of high temporal resolution in GPS and high spatial resolution in InSAR,the integration of high level precision in GPS and high altitude deformation precision in InSAR.The paper did systemic research on the integration of GPS and InSAR data of surface subsidence:How to get the tropospheric delay and ionospheric delay with GPS data by the single parameter method, the mult-parameter method, the piecewise linear method, the stochast icmethod, use Double-Differences algorithm and interpolation to do the correction to InSAR data on a pixel-by-pixel basis; The effect of baseline error of InSAR on two-pass and three-pass in monitoring surface subsidence are analysed, the methods of estimating the InSAR baseline parameters, estimating the InSAR baseline parameters and satellite orbital parameters, correction the image deformation with ground GPS control points are discussed; With the aid of InSAR image ,the GPS data can be interpolated in the spatial domain at grid points. The Least-square adjusted is used to get Distribution model of subsidence deformation from the InAR and GPS results at grid points. Kalman filtering can estimate and predict the quasi-CGPS time series to get full surface subsidence deformation value with high precision...
