Ordos basin locates in the middle of the China, and possess abundant oil, natural gas and coal resources. At present, the research of the enrichment rule of oil, coal and uranium has reached an extensive and deep degree in the Ordos basin. But, most of researchers aimed at west part and south part, few of them study the east. The number of the researchers is much less who investigate deeply in the dynamical reciprocity of the basin from more wider extent.Whole, dynamic and synthetical basin analytical methods were used in this paper. In order to discuss deeply to the geodynamical background of Ordos basin and study the dominant factors controlling the sediment evolvement of the basin, the author discusses the evolvement of basin from an even more extensive view. This is the guideline of this article.Through contrast between the west fault zone and the east fault zone, it was found that both east and west occur the subsection phenomena and the characters of the subsection are similar. Both fault zone moved almost in the same time, concentrated in late Jurassic to early Cretaceous period. The coherence in time and space character of the two faults show the two fault zones formed in same conformation background. Their stress field and kinetic backdrop are similar to each other. The glide effect of the 38° N fault zone in Ordos basin shaped the difference character of two side of 38° N zone in east and west fault zone. The cause of formation of other section is similar to 38° N zone, but they shaped not only by transmeridional fault but also by north-east orientation fundus faults of Ordos basin. Through processing the CBERS and ETM+ satellite images, a ring structure which diameter is about to 300km was found in the southern Ordos basin. The ring has tight correlation with deep-seated structure and dominated by the mantle plume in the deep of the earth. It is result of the united effects of the orogenic activities during Mesozoic to Cenozoic period (Indo-china movement, Yenshan movement, Himalayan movement). It acts as the interior power...
