With the development of times and the process of technology, city construction has developed rapidly. During city development and construction, improving and constructing underground pipeline is necessary .it has become the core of city construction that directional through technology without dig. The key of directional through technology is how to drill the guide bore, so directional drilling technology that is important in oil exploitation has got more and more extensive application in this field. Studying and applying directional drilling guidance technology is an important guarantee for directional through. Based on the theory study, a directional drilling guidance system is developed for practical require, its working flow as follows: before construction, design the best track practically, and save in the system. During drilling, the system measures well oblique angle and azimuth to watch well track. Drill driver compares designing well track with measuring track showing on display unit, controls joy stick experientially, adjusts drill direction, finally realizes directional drill. Drill working data information collection and data transfer is designing emphases of the system. Drill working data information mainly includes well oblique angle, azimuth and tool angle, measured by inclinometer with drilling. The inclinometer is direction equipment composed by acceleration sensor, magnetic sensor and SCM (Single Chip Micro co). The article detailedly introduces measuring inclination principle of inclinometer based on accelerometer and magnetic sensor, expatiates work principle of the two sensors, designs inclinometer structure, deduces math models and calculation method of well oblique angle, azimuth and tool angle. The inclinometer collects, proposes, memories and transmits via SCM. During designing the inclinometer, adopts saving electricity design from choose electronic element to power design, power wastage is least. It is technical puzzle of directional drilling that communications between underground and ground. The signal transport rout has two: wire and wireless. Recently, mud pulse modulate means of wireless has been paid attention; current transmitter technology also has been more and more extensively used in industry condition, because of its stronger anti-jamming and farer transmission distance. Mud pulse modulation data flow is thin, but current transmitter as far distance transmission means has been widely applied other field, technology is mature. Considering the main characteristic of our system: practicability and cheap, current transmitter was selected as transmission means of our system. The article analyses the method of long distance transmutation, dentally discusses work principle of current transmitter, designs interface circuit of current transmitter. The method of current transmitter interfacing with RS-232 in this article enormously advances the ability of serial communication and anti-disturbance. Based on this study, programs aimed at the hardware, analyses error to the system, compensates mainly errors by software method, does some experimentation in laboratory, the result is satisfactory, achieved the expectation aim.
