Jinshan Gold Deposit, discovered by the No.1 unit of No.4 Geological Team of Jiangxi Metallurgical and Geological Exploration Company, locates in Jinshan ore field, jinshan ore district in Huaqiao town, Dexing city, Jiangxi Province. Prospected during many years, this ore deposit is confirmed to be a large-scale gold ore deposit. In 1990 and the following three years more, the reserve adds greatly. Based on the detailed research on the features of regional geology, ore field geology, and ore body, characteristics of wall-rock alteration, this ore deposit is though to be a super-large gold ore deposit and the deep part and periphery of the deposit have good prospecting future.The continuum of the ore body is found not well in production, especially in prospecting ore bodies. Gold in inclusion of the ore body accounts for 15 percent, so it is difficult to smelt and the recycling ratio of gold is low. The degree of the previous geological researches was not enough to recycle gold. Through thorough researches, now the way appropriate to the Jinshan ore deposit, bacteria preoxidizing method, is found, which makes the recycling ratio of gold achieve 96%.Concerning the genesis of the Jinshan Gold Deposit, Zhuqingzu(1991), employed by No.4 Geological Team of Jiangxi Metallurgical and Geological Exploration Company, thought that it should be magmatic hydrothermal gold deposit and belong to porphyry metallization series. Therefore he suggested porphyry metallization series mode should be use to instruct prospecting. But Zhukaijun(1991), employed by Nanjing University, thought that it should be the result of regional dynamic metamorphism and be metamorphic hydrothermal reformed gold deposit, based on primary enrichment during sedimentation. Concerning ore-controlling structure, Wuxueyi et al.(2002), thought that multi-stage active tectonics not only make rocks and ores distort and fracture increasingly to offer beneficial space for gold activity and transfer, but also make metallogenetic materials dispersed in rocks and ores activate, transfer and enrich.The author have mainly researched on the controls of ore-forming process and mineralization enrichment of Jinshan Gold Deposit since 1988 when the author began to employ himself in geological work in Jinshan Gold Deposit. The main outcomes of the author's work in recent years are listed as follows:1. Researches the relationship between ore-forming and regional tectonics, ore field tectonics,strata, magmatic rock, wall-rock alteration deeply;2.Stresses on the research of the ductile shear belt from Jinshan to Xijiang, then analyzes its ore-controlling role;3. Researches the spatial ore-hosted situations and enrichment places deeply.Based on the knowledge acquired from production in combination with the geological background, this paper stresses on the ore-controlling regularity and the geochemistrical characteristics of the ductile shear belt from Jinshan to Xijiang, and then farther illustrates the rules of the spatial situations and enrichment places of ore body. Finally the prospecting criteria and prospecting guidelines are pointed out.
