With the development at full speed of microprocessor and large-scale integrated circuit technology, digital technology gets the extensive application in all kind of field. Its application in inertial technology field, substitution for the former analog system disturbed easily, improve well system precision and speed and at the same time strengthen army battle effectiveness and survival ability.This paper brings forward a solution of high-speed collecting and transmission card that is composed of a high-speed and high-accuracy A/D conversion chip, a high-performance DSP chip and PCI bus interface. The system scheme is composed of two main modules: collecting module and transmission module. The core component of collecting module is DSP that can complete the task of collecting and data pretreatment. If required, we might extend the function of the system in digital filtering and data compressing. In the transmission module we choose a PCI9052 chip of PLX Company as interface bridge between host computer and DSP, carry out the interface circuit between DSP and PCI bus. The system use bridge chip to complete the conversion of standard PCI bus to local bus which is convenient to use. In the paper, a concrete configuration is given according to the real application and the hardware structure.Without corresponding software support, a system that has only hardware doesn't run. In the thesis we give the procedure of collecting and the flow of Boot Loader. It is focused to introduce driver development and application of driver developing kit, and the driver for PCI bus has been developed.
