Configuration change and migration of large-molecular chains have significant influence on flow field, and large-molecular chains suspension flow also can be foundin many applications. Therefore, it is important to make a research on such flows. In this article, we used finitely extensible nonlinear elastic (FENE) beads-spring chains to model the polymers molecular chains and employed Distributed Lagrange Multiplier/Fictitious Domain (DLM/FD) method to simulated the movement of FENE chains and FENE cluster in a channel flow. Distributed Lagrange Multiplier/Fictitious Domain(DLM/FD) method is a new way for simulation of particulate flows. We introduced the basic ideas of DLM/FD method and weak form firstly, then employed DLM/FD method to simulate the sedimentation of a single circular particle and two circular particles' interaction in a channel flow. In order to validate our algorithm we compared simulation results with experiment results. The results showed that the numerical results in this article agreed well with experiment results. We adopted DLM/FD method to simulate the configuration change and movement of a single FENE chain, multi FENE chains and FENE cluster in a channel flow. We found the movement and the coiled-stretched transition of FENE chains has important influence to flow character. These results are very helpful for polymer molecular micro analysis.
