In this paper, combining the characteristic of red beds region, the modern optimum technique and traditional mechanical design theory are used synthetically in structure design of water well rigs, at the same time existing achievement references are consulted。 ANSYS analysis soft is adopted to do some optimal design work of rigs' pivotal parts。 According to this method, product designed can acquire optimum result of the function parameters。With regard to water well rigs for red beds region, there are too many problems to be settled。 In this dissertation, finite element method and optimization subjects of pivotal parts are studied systematically。 After canvassing the basic theories and methods of optimal design, the finite element structure statics analysis of bearing saddle and ANSYS optimal design of turnplate are analyzed respectively。 It is propitious to raise efficiency ,improve capability and decrease cost and so on。Through the research on the ANSYS optimization design, the design quality of the drilling machine is improved greatly。 It is proved that the capability of water well rig is advanced and operation is reliable by field tests in red beds region。 The drilling machine is adaptive to the red beds region , expectably has a wide application foreground 。...
