Plants grow under adverse environmental stresses, such asdrought, high salt, or low temperature etc, that affect the growth ofplants and especially the productivity of crops. Low temperature isone of the most common environmental stresses. To study on themolecular mechanism of plant response to low temperature, we usedArabidopsis thaliana Col-0 wild type seedlings as material to explorethe low temperature (4℃) inducible proteins among the whole-cellproteins using 2-DE method.
