The Study Of Anti Air-raid Of City Military Medical Geography Information System On The Basis Of GIS

To improve ability of the reaction, quality and velocity of command of health service under high technique condition, according to the demand of military medical geography of military medical service in high-tech war condition, based on the geographic information system (G1S), the technique of management information system, medical bio-engineering, computer technology and information management science, we designed the anti air-raid of city military medical geography information system which was supported by multimedia and the theory of military medical geography.Techniques of modular design and database design were utilized in this system design. MapObjects as basic exploitation tool, SDE and large-scale database as the server to construct application system, VB as the secondly exploitation language framework model of the system, was created. This system is composed of five framework models, which are: (1) the subsystem of the management of spatial database; (2) the subsystem of forecast of demand; (3) the subsystem of resource deployment; (4) the subsystem of medical supplies support; (5) the subsystem of medical evacuation. That searching and counting function were partly realized proved the rationality of system design. According to the theory of flow of network, using shortest path arithmetic model, aided decision system function of best path choice was realized.This study colligated knowledge of anti air-raid medical support, military medical geography, geography information system, operational research, technique of computer and database to establish an anti air-raid of city military medical geography information system. This system furnished administers of military and local administrator with the functions of searching and part assistant support functions.
