Objects: this papar is primary work for Ca2+ adapting mechanism of calcicole. Calcicole andcalcifuge were studied as objects in different environments. There was more change inEurycorymbus caraleriei, by comparing the change rule of physiological biochemistry andanatomy of calcicole and calcifuge. For know the calcicole characteristics responding to externalCa2+ concentration. Methods: I refer to the reference to design the thesis technical route. Theexperiment of calcicole and calcifuge adopt method: the anatomy is a general olefin slice up,physiological biochemistry and the element value of meterial was AAS. The statistic useSPSS11.5 software to analyze. Conclusion: (1) Althouth there existed great morphological andanatomic difference between calcicole and calcifuge, external Ca2+ couldn't evidently change theoriginated structure because of the shorter treated time. In addition, the dry weight ofEurycorymbus caraleriei, a species of calcicole, increased with the increase of external Ca2+concentration, while that of Rhododendron decorum, a species of calcifuge, decreased in such acase. (2)After the two species of plants were added with different amount of Ca2+ in field study, there were more change in E. caraleriei than in R. decorum. For E. caraleriei, Ca2+ improvedplant growth, and increased the content of chlorophyll and protein, but had no effect on thecontent of proline and soluble sugars. For R. decorum, Ca2+ decreased the content of chlorophylland protein, while increased the content of proline and soluble sugars.(3)The elementbackground value of plants was linearly related to that of rock and soil, and was influencedmainly by the change of Ca2+ content. The results of internal Ca2+ accumulation responding theincrease of external Ca2+ showed that E. caraleriei and R. decorum were different in efficiencyof Ca2+ absorption and position of Ca2+ accumulation, as well as, E. caraleriei accumulatedhigher Ca2+ content than R. decorum. It was presumed that the difference between calcicole andcalcifuge is controled mainly by environment and genetics. Signification: The study was a basisfor Ca2+ adopt of mechanism on calcicole, and at the same time afford correspond datum also forprotect envionment and develop agricultule production in karst areas.
